Catherine (Kate) Morgan

Director of Communications

Kate grew up in North Carolina and attended Furman University. She and her husband, Michael, served on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for a number of years doing inner-city and prison ministry, and planted a church in Aurora, CO in 2005. Kate works with student communications, and serves as editor of Light & Heat. As a recent Tennent graduate herself, she is more than happy to entertain questions about all things Tennent, and loves chatting with potential students. She has three children, Joshua, Abigail, and Patrick, and is terrible at sports, especially those involving balls. She enjoys writing in her spare time.

Kate has written several books, including Thirty Thousand Days: The Journey Home to God, and Sparrow: Cultivating a Sabbatical Heart.
